⚠️ Basic Device and System Requirements ⚠️

• Please do not use WeChat browser
• The recommended browsers are:
  • Desktop/Laptop: Chrome, Firefox or Edge (latest versions).
  • Mobile iOS (12.2+): Safari Mobile
  • Mobile Android (10.0+): Chrome Mobile
• Your internet speed must be at least 0.5 Mbits/sec -- which is 500 Kbits/sec -- upstream bandwidth, and at least 1 Mbits/sec download bandwidth.
• Please enable and tick to save audio and video permissions the first time you enter the classroom. If the permission box doesn’t pop up, please manually enable permissions within your browser Settings.
• If you encounter issues, please ensure your browser is updated and save screenshots of the error - send these to your teacher for support with details of your internet speed and device and browser type and version.
